We'd Love You to Join Us in "The PURSE-onality Challenge"

Maybe November and December are your two favorite months of the year.

Perhaps preparing for, living through, and cleaning up after the holidays doesn't phase you in the least.

You may have your Christmas shopping all done, your cards ready to mail, and your thanksgiving menu completely planned.

If these are true for you, then The PURSE-onality Challenge holiday edition is not designed for you. (But please join us anyhow and give us your best advice!)

However, if you...
  • dread dragging out the holiday decorations...
  • wonder how what should be "the best of times" all too often often ends up being "the worst of times"...
  • wish you could hibernate from October 30 'til January 1...
  • become overwhelmed by the commercialized chaos that tries to overtake your life in December...
  • cringe just thinking about spending yet another holiday with certain people...
  • feel like a failure because you never seem able to do everything "just right" for the holidays...
  • have an over-full calendar already (and the invitations haven't even started coming!)
  • wonder how on earth you're going to afford everything this season...
  • miss loved ones more than ever during the holidays...
  • want to focus on the real reason for the season...

...then I hope you'll join us in October for "A Holiday-Ready Heart"!

Each day during October, we'll examine an issue that often triggers holiday "baditude." And we'll plan ahead to focus, instead, on God's word and gratitude when Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around this year.

For some, this may take just a slight tweak. For many though, this will require a serious overhaul of how we approach the holidays with our hearts.

Join us for 31 days of intentionally pray-paring for the most peace-full, joyous, family-focused, meaning-filled holy-days we can possibly have!

31 Bible Verse Cards

You'll want the 31 Bible verses in The PURSE-onality Challenge journal on cards to carry around with you. Three possibilities to ponder:

1)  The Personal Possibility
Hand make your Bible verse cards. Pick up a pack of 3x5 (or 3 x 2.5) cards at Staples, pull out your favorite colored pens, and write out the verses. If you've got the journal, you've got the verses. (And if you don't have the journal, check out your journal options here!)

2)  The Practical Possibility
Use my Word file and your computer to format and print your own Bible verse cards. Drop me an e-mail at cheri@cherigregory.com, and I'll be glad to send you my Word file with all 31 verses all typed up, ready to fix and fancy up!  (This works for #1, The Personal Possibility, too...just e-mail me!)

3)  The Prepared Possibility
Ready to slip in your purse:  31 colorful laminated Bible verse cards, with intentional spacing and images for visual recall, all tucked in an organza draw-string jewelry pouch:
All actual cards have well-defined print & clear images; these images are preview quality only.

How to Get Your Journal!

One tool you'll need during The PURSE-onality Challenge is the journal. Because I'm a Choleric who loves choices, you've got options:

The "Isn't it Pretty?" or "Wow, It's So Official!" Option

I've developed a 180-page journal specifically for this challenge.

You can order one directly from me for $14.00 (which includes shipping) or from Blurb for $9.95 (plus shipping and tax.)

The iPad eBook Option

For $2.99, you can get the iPad version from Blurb.

The disadvantage is that you can't actually write in it.

But you can get a blank journal or spiral binder for the writing.

The PDF Option

For free, e-mail me a request for the PDF file of the journal.

The major drawback to this option is that the phrase "FOR PROOFING ONLY PRINT" is watermarked across all pages, making it unattractive.

However, you can't beat the price!
